PortEconomics associate member Prof. Mary R. Brooks won the MEL Best Paper at the IAME (International Association of Maritime Economists) 2011 Conference, for the study: UNDERSTANDING MODE CHOICE DECISIONS: A STUDY OF AUSTRALIAN FREIGHT SHIPPERS.
The prize was presented by Prof. Kevin Cullinane Edinburgh Napier University - TRI) and the study has been co-authored MARY R. BROOKS (Dalhousie University), SEAN M.
