Call for papers: Contemporary Maritime Economics: Transformations and Emerging Perspectives

IAME2017mainlogoPortEconomics members actively participated at the International Association of Maritime Economists (IAME) Annual Conference that was held in Kyoto Japan the last week of June 2017 – with the members of the initiative presenting a variety of studies dealing with various aspects of port economics, management and policies, and a variety of port markets and geographical regions.

In total, PortEconomics members presented 23 different port or port related studies that progressed over the course of the last months, shaping research developments in the emerging research field of port economics, policy and management, as well as in port related studies.

In a series of articles, PortEconomics will provide its readers these latest advances of port studies, along with the respective presentations and announcements.
