Eva air allows you to cancel your ticket without penalty if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and submit a refund application within 24 hours of purchase. The ticket must be purchased through the EVA Air website or EVA reservation/ticketing office, and the flight must be to/from the United States. The ticket must also be purchased at least one week (168 hours) before the flight's departure date. If you meet all of these conditions, you will receive a full refund for your ticket, minus any applicable taxes and fees. The Eva air 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to all types of tickets, and if you cancel your ticket after 24 hours of booking, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
